Sentence Diagrams

These 23 sentence diagrams from The Business Insider supposedly show the brilliance of the opening lines from famous novels: http://tiny.cc/z8s7bx

It is interesting that literature is analysed in this way, but I must admit I fail to see the real point of this. All the diagrams look different because all the lines are different and all the authors are different. The opening lines are examples of genius because the writers were true artists, not because they conform to some kind of diagram. Anyway, perhaps I’m missing the point.

Worth a look though.
